What is your cancellation policy?

Due to high demand and limited availability of appointments, we require notice in the event of a cancellation or rescheduling at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. Timely notice will allow appointments to be offered to other clients. You may reschedule a visit for other same-day availability, or switch an in-person appointment to a virtual visit in order to avoid incurring a cancellation fee.

The charge for cancellation or rescheduling without proper notice or a missed appointment is $30 for physical therapy visits covered by insurance, or the full price of the visit for cash patients. This charge will not be covered by insurance but will have to be paid by you personally prior to receiving additional treatment in future visits. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, we may have to reschedule to a different day or time.

We require all clients to have a credit card on file after their first visit. Any late cancellation fees incurred will be automatically charged to that credit card.
