Important Insurance Reminders:
Since each plan varies, we can't always verify your telehealth coverage before your appointment. Call your insurance company to confirm details, including your financial responsibility, visit limits, and any required authorizations.
Other Insurance Notes:
- Unfortunately, we can't accept Medicare or Medicaid for virtual care
- If we're not in-network with your plan, we're happy to provide a Superbill to submit for reimbursement (sometimes up to 50% - 80%)
- If you're uninsured or your insurance denies coverage, we're here for you as a self-pay patient – our cash rates is $150 per visit
